What is sexual energy and how we should use it?

Sexual energy is just energy, like any other energy. This is your way of expressing that abundance of energy. It is not wrong. You may consider that you have numerous areas where you can express this energy as creative. Sexual energy is a flow of energy between opposite poles of male and female. It is the key to harmonizing the flow of energy in one's life. Some people have more, some others less. Active swingers usually have a lot of sexual energy. This can be one of the many reasons for swinging. You can feel your sexual energy. It's about 2 inches below your belly button or around that area, from the center out to the sides.

How to use it....

Practice focusing your mind on it as you breathe in and out slowly. Imagine the power rising through your body and coming back down again, like a circle around you... This is your true personal power in action. This is powerful stuff. You can begin now. Do this often and become aware of the feelings there and notice the difference.

Sexual energy is one of the most powerful motivating forces in our life. We were designed to reproduce and the urge is primly imprinted. As we evolve, we still have this primal driver but our urge to reproduce is no longer the life and death matter it used to be. So what do we do with all this excess sexual energy? We can learn to harness and use this motivational force in other areas of our life, if we want, or we can try to find a competitive partner(s) and use all of our energy... if the chemistry is there...
